As Chiral’s Architect, Principal Designer, and Co-Founder, Jordan sets the design vision and architectural direction for the firm’s engagements. His portfolio includes historic high-rise renovation (100 California Street), institutional work (UC Merced’s LEED Platinum Downtown Center), mid-rise multifamily, and single-family homes, alongside recent Chiral projects with Dylan and Atticus across the Bay Area.

Executive Accountability · CEO, Chiral Design Build. As CEO and Co-Founder, Atticus serves as the central point of accountability on Chiral’s engagements. He is present throughout pre-construction, available through the warranty period, and the firm’s signatory on every project. His work alongside Jordan and Dylan has delivered residential and commercial projects, both new construction and renovation, across the Bay Area.

Construction Lead · Licensed GC, CA — 2003 · 23 years of practice. As Chiral’s General Contractor and Co-Founder, Dylan leads construction. His two-decade portfolio spans luxury residential, historic commercial renovation, and new construction across Piedmont, Oakland, San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area. He directs sequencing, crew management, trade coordination, and daily site execution through the pre-construction and construction phases.
