Construction is the largest and most demanding component of Chiral’s work, and as the firm’s General Contractor and Co-Founder, Dylan stands at its center. A Master Carpenter by training, he came up through the trade itself — from craft to crew leadership to Executive Contractor over two decades in the field. Because Chiral is vertically integrated, his trade knowledge enters from the earliest stages — partnering with Jordan to ensure what is drawn can be built well, and with Atticus on cost, sequencing, and client commitments.

His portfolio spans high-end residential renovation, new construction, historic commercial work, industrial arts complexes, and commercial tenant improvements — delivered across the Bay Area.
