The renovation of three floors within the iconic 1921 Tribune Tower included a complete interior build-out featuring Level 4 wall finishes, upgrades to HVAC systems, and the integration of centrally managed digital access controls. The renovation thoughtfully modernized the historic landmark while maintaining its architectural character and integrity.
