As CEO and Co-Founder, Atticus serves as the central point of accountability on Chiral’s engagements — present throughout pre-construction, available through the warranty period, and the firm’s signatory on every project. Although his role is executive, he works closely with Jordan on design and visualization and with Dylan on construction sequencing — the bridge that keeps the firm’s vertical integration coherent from concept through completion.

His broader practice includes single-family homes, industrial complex renovations, and office renovations. Prior careers include running an industrial arts collective in Oakland, the US Army, and over a decade in the automotive industry.
