As Chiral’s Architect, Principal Designer, and Co-Founder, Jordan sets the design vision and architectural direction for the firm’s engagements. He leads design and permitting from concept through delivery. Because Chiral is vertically integrated, his work does not end at the drawings — he stays present through construction, partnering with Dylan on the ground to translate design intent into built form, and with Atticus on the ownership-side decisions that shape each engagement.

His portfolio spans historic high-rise renovation (100 California Street), institutional work (UC Merced’s LEED Platinum Downtown Center), mid-rise multifamily, and single-family homes, alongside historic restoration, master planning, and modular construction. Recent Chiral engagements have been delivered with Dylan and Atticus across the Bay Area.
